The program acts a mobile video surveillance system, allowing you to connect to your PC's webcam via 3G or GPRS and displaying what's going on on your phone's screen. It does so using client-server communication.

From the server you can quickly configure webcams, define access controls, and even record images. Using the client installed on the phone you can hook up to the server, viewing images from different cameras and downloading video to your device.
